If you cannot log in because you forgot your password, we will generate a new temporary password and send it to the alternate email address you specified during registration, and to your ucMax.com mailbox.

  1. Log in to ucMax.com.
  2. Click on uNumber on the Navigation bar on the left side of the ucMax.com window.
  3. Click on Change PIN.
  4. Follow the instructions provided.
