If you are having trouble viewing faxes in ucMax.com, it may be because a browser plug-in or client software program is interfering with the viewing of tiff images. In order to solve this problem you may have to reset your browser to use a different software program to view ucMax.com faxes.

1. Open a ucMax.com fax message in your Message Center.
2. Click the ufx radio button below the fax thumbnail.
3. Click the fax thumbnail.
4. When the File Download window opens, select Open this file from its current location, and click OK.
5. A window entitled Open With opens. If KodakImg is on the list of programs, select it and click OK. Make sure to check the box labeled Always use this program to open this file so this step does not have to be repeated in the future.
   Note 1: If KodakImg is not on the list, click Other... to open the Open With... window. Find the C:\Windows folder and select "Kodakimg.exe". Click Open to return to the Open With window. Click OK.
   Note 2: If you do not have "Kodakimg.exe" on your PC, please read the section below for information on downloading it.
6. Now "Imaging for Windows" will open all of your ucMax.com faxes.

1. Open a ucMax.com fax message in your Message Center.

6. Now "Imaging for Windows NT" will open all of your ucMax.com faxes.

1. Please download and install GraphicConverter to enable the Macintosh to view tiff fax images. For more information, please read the section below entitled Obtaining a Macintosh tiff viewer.
2. Open a ucMax.com fax message in your Message Center.
3. Click the ufx radio button below the fax thumbnail.
